How often should I train with NeuroTracker?

Schedule training visites 2-3 times per week. Users who train more frequently are likely to have marginally better results. There are no risks associated with training every day, so feel free to book meetings as frequently as your schedule allows.

How many sessions of NeuroTracker can I do in one day?

Three sessions is the maximum amount of NeuroTracker recommended in one day. Sleep is the most important way to recover after NeuroTracker training.

Baseline: 1 session of 30 minutes

Baseline includes three sessions. All future gains are measured against the Initial Baseline.

Development Phase: 4 sessions of 30 minutes

During the development phase, the user is expected to rapidly improve attention performance. The most significant improvements typically occur within the first 12 NeuroTracker sessions.

Consolidation Phase: 5 sessions of 30 minutes

Consolidation phase includes 15 sessions. This phase adds basic skills such as standing or improving balance.

Advanced Phase: 5 sessions of 30 minutes

The Advanced phase includes 15 additional sessions. In this phase, users can begin adding complex skills to expand the mental resources available to handle the intentive simultaneous demands of attention combined with intense physical activity.
